These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of patriqueophori.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The Site is owned and operated by Patrique Ophori Lifestyle Limited (RC 9392682), a company registered in Nigeria, trading as Patriqueophori (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@patriqueophori.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We sell fashion and apparel products. We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but actual items may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

4. Pricing and currency

• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) for customers shopping from within Nigeria and in US Dollars ($) for customers shopping from outside Nigeria, based on your detected location.
• The currency and price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• We try to ensure all prices are correct, but if a pricing error is discovered we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged in the destination country for international orders.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation by email; this confirms receipt of your order but does not mean it is accepted. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, payment is not received, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our approved payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are processed only once payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines, costs and arrangements are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, deliveries within Nigeria are fulfilled by logistics partners such as GIG Logistics and typically take 5–7 business days, while international deliveries typically take 15–30 days depending on the courier and destination.

8. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Full details, conditions and the process are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, product photography and designs — belongs to Patrique Ophori Lifestyle Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to submit false information. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights under Nigerian law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
