This policy explains how we deliver your order and how returns and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Patriqueophori is a trading name of Patrique Ophori Lifestyle Limited (RC 9392682), registered in Nigeria.

Delivery

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We aim to dispatch within 1-7 business days because sometimes we have to make these outfits after you order. You will receive confirmation and, where available, tracking details once your order is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery within Nigeria

Deliveries within Nigeria are fulfilled by trusted logistics partners such as GIG Logistics (GIGL). Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

International delivery

We deliver to selected destinations outside Nigeria. International orders typically take 15–30 days, depending on the courier and destination country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged in the destination country. These are not included in the product price or delivery fee and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your location and order.

Delays

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the logistics partner, customs clearance, weather or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@patriqueophori.com.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at hello@patriqueophori.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the method we advise.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process them.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Where a return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the reasonable cost of return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original delivery fees are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, contact us and we will advise on availability. Exchanges are subject to stock.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (for example items marked final sale, or intimate apparel where indicated). Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.
